      Disadvantages

Worth it's price tag. You pay for the quality of the product.

I got this MP3 player after my Ipod stopped working. I'd had my Ipod for a few years, but I'd expected it to last longer. One of the reasons I wanted an MP3 player this time, is because I hated using Itunes to put music on my Ipod. With this MP3 player, I could easily transfer music using Windows Media Player, which was a huge perk for me.

      APPEARANCE/WEIGHT

The MP3 player comes in a variety of different colours; Black, Green, Blue, Pink and Red. This isn't a huge range of colours, but there's something for everyone in my opinion. Although they don't make it in my favourite colour, purple, I'm more than happy with my black one, since the colour isn't really that important to me. The front of the MP3 player is simple and makes the whole thing easy to use/navigate. The play/pause button is in the middle of the directional arrows, and the 'back' and 'option' buttons are just above the arrows. The whole design is incredibly compact, but with enough room to easily use the buttons. The player is very slim, and small enough to fit in your pocket while you're on the go. It's also incredibly light, which would suit people using this for the gym/jogging.

      EASE OF USE

This MP3 player is incredibly simple to use. I find it a lot easier than my Ipod, since not only can you scroll through all the Artists, you can also scroll across through alphabetically, which is good for when you know which Artist you're looking for, so you can scroll straight to the letter than it begins with.I like this feature, since sometimes when I'm using this while I'm out, I know which Artist I want to listen to, and don't want to scroll all the way through every Artist to get to the one that I want. However, sometimes, I don't know what I want to listen to, and want to browse through, so being able to scroll through them all is sometimes beneficial.

One of the main benefits of this for me, is no longer needing to use Itunes. I don't know why, but I've never got on with Itunes, especially when transferring music to my Ipod. Songs would always duplicate, or it would put songs in the wrong folder, and it would get really frustrating. With this MP3 player, I can easily connect it to my Laptop, open Windows Media Player, and find my MP3 listed. I can then create a playlist for my MP3 player, and easily sync the songs to it. It's also very easy to charge, it comes with a USB cable, which can be connected to your Computer, or to a USB adapter plug, and charged through the mains. I usually charge mine through my Xbox.

      MENU/FEATURES

When the MP3 player is switched on, it opens up a Menu. The Menu is easy to navigate, and gives you access to the various features quickly. These features include:

      SensMe Channels
      FM Radio
      Voice Recording
      Photos
      Music
      Videos
      Playlists
      Podcasts
      Games

I've not actually used all of these features before, since I've not had the need to, but judging by the rest of the features, and other reviews that I've read for this product, these features are just as good as the one's that I have used. There are only two games on the MP3 player, the first being Puyo Pop, which is similar to Tetris. You have to match up Puyo's of the same colour in order to progress in the game. The other game is called Number Place, which is basically Sudoku.

The most important feature of an MP3 player is, of course the Music. And this product doesn't disappoint in that respect. You can sort your Music by:

      All Songs
      Album
      Artist
      Genre
      Release year
      Playlists
      Bookmark
      Folder
      Voice Recording

I find that the best option for me, is to sort by Artist, since I can easily search for a band that I want to listen to. Quite often, it's difficult to use the sort by song option, since there are a lot of songs to search through. I'm very pleased with the range of features on this MP3 player, although I don't currently have the need to use them all.

      PRICE

I got this for around £80 from Curry's, and Sony also sell it for this price. This is fairly expensive, but you really pay for the quality with this product. I've had it since January, and I've had no problems with it so far. For me, it's worth the price tag if you're looking for a reliable product, with great ease of use, and of high quality.

      DOWNSIDE

My only downside with this product, is that there seems to be no definite way of switching it off. Although this makes it easy to just start playing music, I'd really like to be able to switch it off and not waste any battery. I don't think it wastes a huge amount of battery, since I never notice a huge drop or anything, but it would put my mind at rest to be able to switch it off, since there's nothing worse than a dead MP3 player on a long journey!

I also find the Headphones quite difficult to use sometimes. They are of a great quality, but the design makes it quite difficult to put into my ear. I have to put them in at an angle, in order to get them in without it hurting my ears. A small downside though, since you can get other headphones if it's a big problem.

      OVERALL

Overall, I think this is a fantastic value MP3 player, it's easy to use, has great sound quality, and has more than enough memory to hold all of my favourite music. I'm very pleased with this product, especially since I don't need to use Itunes anymore! I think you've all gathered by now that I don't like Itunes...

I highly recommend this MP3 player, for it's fairly large price tag, it brings a lot of entertainment and real quality.
