Advantages: Very functional for sports and activities, great sound control.

Disadvantages: Downloading software can be ackward.

This MP3 Player is a really good quality audio player as to be expected from Sony the sound is clear and you can alter the volume, to get a pretty loud volume. Bad for the eardrums, good if you're in a noisy place.

The sports feature on the MP3 is great as you can measure your steps distance and calories which can be a real motivator as it makes you want to push it that bit further. It also comes with an arm strap making it perfect for jogging or going to the gym. The MP3 is also water resistance so no worries of it getting damaged round the pool on holiday!

The MP3 is 512MB but using the software its possible to get nearly 1GB's worth of music on the MP3 player. The software can be a little bit ackward if installed on two PC's with different music collections; it can be difficult to delete tracks from the library. Also the music organisation always seems to default to Album no matter how many times I set it to Artist although this is no major issue. Overall this is a really good value for money MP3 player with great sound quality. It is a really functional MP3 player for someone active but great for everyone.
