If you look at reveiw sites, it does get some bad press, but I have found it very easy to use, and hasnt crashed at all. I think the earlier versions had bugs, which now seem to have been resolved. Sonic stage also incorporates its Connect store where, like Itunes, you can purchase songs to download (legally!)
