I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and would thoroughly recommend it. The NWZA models seem to have ditched the frustrating software of the previous models, which annoyingly look exactly the same as the new ones, and all you have to do is connect to your PC and drag-and-drop. Everything is downloaded in minutes and off you go. Unlike many mp3 players, the controls are easy to use, the index system being laid out the same way as a mobile phone. The headphones included are actually very good and the sound quality is excellent. Put it this way, I've got my eye on it myself so if she leaves it lying around too long!!!. The only downside is that the Sony's always cost that little bit more than the others, but at least reliability is a stable part of the Sony brand and, if you shop around, you can find some good deals. Apparently you can download podcasts aswell although we haven't tried this feature out yet!!
