this is without a doubt the best mp3 player i have ever owned, and i've have had quite a few. first off it looks sleek and stunning and the screen is so clear and bright, it's also very light but not flimsy. sound quality could not be better to, best i've ever heard on an mp3 player. the headphones that are bundled in are of the highest quality that i've seen. downloading music onto this is so simple and straight foward, there are two way you can do it, either use the drag and drop method or you can sync it to your windows media player 11, i use the drag and drop and it put's an entire album on in about 30 seconds ( very quick). video also works really well on this player to, even though it's only got a small screen it looks great.don't think i could watch an entire movie on it but it's great for smaller clips, there is a spiderman 3 trailer preinstalled on the player for you to watch and it show's off the quality really well. the only snag is that it doesn't come with any video converting software, but you can find free software on the internet that will do the same job. the battery life is also the best i've encountered on any mp3 player and you can expect to get at least 30 hour's from it. well done sony. 5 stars for this one.
