I have had my mp3 player now for a year and i absolutely love it. I find it simple to drag and drop your tracks on. I must confess I have never downloaded tracks onto it so I am not sure how easy that would be. The menu navigation is simple to negotiate. You can put your tracks onto shuffle, play tracks according to genre, artist, import date, date of release or alphabetical order. This only takes a couple of steps to do. Infact I did this at first without looking at the instructions. When you are playing tracks you can also fast forward past the ones the you don't like as you'd expect.
