Why did I buy this? (Soulmate MP3 Player)
Member Name: keithemm
Advantages: Price Disadvantages: Fiddly controls
I purchased the Soulmate shortly after it came out, for some reason I was looking for a portable MP3 player. When I got it I immediatly discarded the supplied earphones, and used some of my own. The controls can be very fiddly and overall performance is less that average. When skipping tracks, you can often miss seconds off the start of a track, which can be annoying. I also found that the automatic switch-off only worked when I first used it, or when there are no tracks in the memory. I haven't used it for about 3 months now and have gone back to using my walkman. This is good if you want a cheap answer, but do not consider if looking for quality. Summary: |
