Michael+Paschal Bose Wave Radio/CD: ... I have bought a Bose Wave System after many years of research ,as I travel widely around the World I am yet to find a Match for this unit, its a amazing piece of Unit, the Quality of sound is great yes its is costly -if you do not have the money, then save and buy one piece its worth the investment. ... as spectacularly for classical music (I don t know), but for the likes of Led Zeppelin, Porcupine Tree, Enigma, Epica, Pendulum etc. it finds instruments that I didn t know existed. The clarity is absolutely second to none, and there is no distortion whatsoever at any volume. Those people who have written poor reviews are either exceptionally difficult to please, or work for the opposition. It is true that there are no sound options to play with, but trust me, you don t need them. The complicated technical bits inside "decide" how the sound should be, and it is faultless every time. PS I don t work for Bose, but if I did I d have one in every room of the house!...

... Bose Wave - in whatever format you buy it - is totally awesome in every sense. On delivery, you can simply plug in and play the demonstration CD which consists of a variety of sound effects and classic classical pieces. It completely blows your mind and made me want to cry. I knew somewhere there was something out there that could create the perfect combination of sound but I had spent my life trying to find it. I had previously owned a Linn/Mission/Marantz audio combo that took up half the room and there it was, everything I had ever wanted from my music in one tiny box. No bits that get dustier every time you look at them, no fiddling with this wire into that ...

... this little thing packs is unbelievable. If you live in an apartment or Semi-Detatched house, do not buy this, as the bass will likely rock the neighbours ceiling lights down! You can situated anywhere in the house and somehow (i m not up to scratch with audio waves), the sound manages to get everywhere, whilst still being crystal clear. I m forever searching for this at a bargain price, £400 is a little expensive to justify for me, but if I had the money, I would no doubt snap this up. What do you really expect though? Bose deliver the highest standards of audio qualityand this is just another near bit of kit they ve released. You will NOT regret purchasing this....
