apuskiduski Bose Wave Radio/CD: ... Bose Wave - in whatever format you buy it - is totally awesome in every sense. On delivery, you can simply plug in and play the demonstration CD which consists of a variety of sound effects and classic classical pieces. It completely blows your mind and made me want to cry. I knew somewhere there was something out there that could create the perfect combination of sound but I had spent my life trying to find ...

davydoug Pure Tempus-1
... through my life for as long as I can remember I ve always needed to take some time in the morning from the moment when I wake up until the moment when I m actually ready to get out of bed and face the day. Some people hear their alarm clock go off and then spring into action instantly (I reckon these people either do something they love for a living and can t wait to get into work or have small bladders - neither of these things are the case for me) I on the other hand like to have some doze-time listening to the radio, counting down the minutes before I absolutely have to get up and go to work. So a radio alarm clock of some shape or form has always been on my bedsid...

mharwood Logik IR100 Internet Radio
... d spotted the Logik Internet Radio box a few months before I bought it, at what I considered a steep £100+. I knew I could listen to all the stations on my Mac already, so £100 didn t sound worth the money. Then I saw it knocked down to £35 (strange as I ve not seen it this cheap since) and snapped it up for the kitchen! It really works perfectly for a background radio, with what pretty much amounts to an unlimited supply of radio (3000+ channels I believe). The perks don t end there, with a function to read shared iTunes libraries across the network - this becomes a much loved device in our household! The only downside is that my box doesn t seem to like WPA wirele...

davomrmac Logitech Squeezebox Controller
... purchased one of these a week ago, as part of the bundle that costs slightly more (about £240 from Amazon... called the Squeezebox Duet). The only difference is the bundle comes with a receiver too, that you connect to your hifi system and ethernet network (or wireless) to stream music to your hifi. Anyway, the controller on review here is ultimately a very cool piece of kit. What it does is connect via wi-fi to your computer (PC, Mac or Linux) where you store all your music. In my case I use a Mac Mini and iTunes. I had to install a small piece of software that gives the SqueezeCenter software access to my iTunes library. Once done, my music appears complete with cove...
