Advantages: value, looks good, easy to use, decent radio pickup and easy to tune
Disadvantages: short power cord, tinny sound, over-bright numbers, soft humming noise
It's small and looks pretty smart. It's easy to use: to set the time, set alarm on radio/buzz, it has sleep/snooze functions. The radio pickup is not bad, much less static than my old radio and easier to tune into stations than most FM radios I've used. Sound quality is a bit tinny. Other gripes: the power cord is quite short. It also makes a soft hum all the time, even when the radio is off: it's very very quiet, but at night I can sometimes hear it. Also the numbers shine very brightly at night, easy to see but so bright it sometimes bothers me as I'm trying to go to sleep, so I have had to move it further away from my bed. And if the power goes off it loses the time.
Conclusion: good for the price! Looks good, easy to use, decent radio pick up. However, a few factors that remind you it's cheap: tinny sound, short cord, over-bright numbers and a soft humming noise.
Summary: Great value, may disturb you if you are a poor sleeper
