This is an outstanding radio. My other reviews have commented on how great I think all Pure radios are for quality and style but this one is a cut above for a number of reasons. The main one being, you can listen to it in the bath/shower because it doesn't mind getting damp. It is not waterproof though so try not to get it too wet!

It is pretty heavy and solid and rests just perfectly on the edge of our bath (we have a big edge to our bath!)

It is also rechargeable so you don't have to plug it in (that helps in the bath!!). There are 5 preset options and the classic Pure big knob volume and station controls.

The sound quality, especially the bass, is outstanding. You can crank up the volume on planet rock and really have yourselves a party! Even at the highest volumes there is no distortion.

I would highly recommend this radio. It is incredibly versatile and looks really funky on the bathroom shelf. We've had ours for a good number of years (so far) and it is still excellent. It's big, strong and the battery lasts a long time!
