... designed box with fifteen presets. How good is it? Unfortunately that's down to radio reception on the move, which is awful. Five of the presets are currently tuned to various frequencies for Radio Four to accommodate it's changing wavelength between Birmingham and London. Radio One disappears at random, and Virgin lasts until 25 minutes out of London and then sounds like it's being remixed by the Chemical Brothers. Well I might be mad, but with a regular 2 hour train journey to and from London every day I decided to be free of as much paraphernalia as possible (CD Player, CDs… you know what I mean) and just listen to the radio. Today and a bit of Radio One on the way there, the six o'clock news, Just A Minute and The Archers on the way back. Little did I know how difficult it is to get a portable radio.
