I use this funky little battery charger at work. To maintain a constant supply of batteries for the use of a wide range of audio and visual equipment, it seems folly to keep on buying batteries that aren't rechargeable, and this seems to be a very good battery charger at first glance at when first used. The setup is simple. What you can see from the picture is the compartment to fit two batteries in to charge up. What you don't see is an identical compartment on the reverse, and where the 'head' of the device is, the reverse has a plug fitting, so it can plug straight into a wall socket, eradicating the need for wires to recharge your ... I bought this charger to use alongside my Uniross Xpress 300 (see my separate review for that one), especially with the 900mAh batteries that I use with my MP3 player. The reason I bought it is because it has a 12-hour automatic shut off timer built-in, whereas the Uniross has 3- and 7-hour timers, so the Jessops won't go past a 12-hour charging period. I find this charger easy to use for AA and AAA batteries (it won't do PP3 9V ones), and you switch between these sizes using fold out adapters that have the contacts on them for both: Adapters folded in: AA size Adapters folded out: AAA size It's easy to use, you can leave ...
