My camera actually had its original rechargeable battery when I bought it. Got to enjoy it for almost two years until I blew or should I say, I made it expand when I left it overcharges for some hours.

For a freelance article writer and photo hobbyist like me, it is important for me to have my digital camera ready and always at hand to document my chosen subjects. And so immediately, I look for good replacement for my battery and then I stumbled with this Nikon EN EL11 Lithium ion battery.

Why i choose Nikon EN EL11 Lithium ion battery?

Affordable Choice

Nikon EN EL11 got my attention initially because of its affordable price. Prices of this battery is just ranging with an average price of £ 20.00 -£ 25.00 each which is £1.00-£2.00 cheaper than the leading battery brand. Surely, this was not the cheapest but what I want is affordable battery with competitive quality.

Technical Specs

Technically, there are really nothings special about this battery. Just like my previous battery, Nikon EN EL11 Li-on battery is 3.7V DC and was also relatively similar in terms of other specifications.

However, I did observed some impressive differences compared to my previous battery that made Nikon EN EL11 a much better choice.

Nikon EN EL11 allows me to take pictures more and do my job with less worries that my camera would easily runs out of power especially when I am working out in the field.

Nikon EN EL11 lives with my demanding schedule and lifestyle. It could easily powered up have itself available whenever I need it.
Durable

Nikon EN EL11 was proven more durable cause I also accidentally left this battery plug in a charger but unlike my previous battery, it didn't blew up.
I am very satisfied with my Nikon EN EL11 rechargeable camera battery... so satisfied that I bought another one for an extra.
