My boyfriend has this drill and strongly recommends it for any kind of use: whether for personal home use or for working purposes. It is 650W which is around average for drills of this quality and pricing and works well. It's a powerful drill with many functions.
There is an option for both hammer drill and chisel functions, both of which work very well and are adapted to what they need to be used for.
There are adjustible speed levels and this can vary from slow and of minimal noise to very fast and quite loud. Both are effective if used in the right context and are powered quite forcefully. There is instructions on how to achieve the perfect speed online and briefly in the manual. The drill is fairly small and isn't heavy but full of power.
The handle is soft to grip and doesn't easily slip whether you're wearing protection gloves or simply have your bare hand on it. The mechanical safety clutch is also like this and doesn't fall out of your hand easily.
At £89.99 in most home stores and online this drill is pricey but is well worth it. This is a good price for a drill of such small size but strong power, and my boyfriend would recommend it to anyone for any kind of use whether being used by an amateur or someone with more knowledge.
DeWalt is in general a good brand of home tools and never fails to disappoint in quality or in price.
