When my daughter asked me to look after my nine month old grandson recently I realised I couldn't find the sun shade I had used for his older sister, knowing I would be taking him out in the pram (and expecting a sunny weekend) I ordered an Argos parasol from Ebay. It arrived in perfect timing and I had no sooner attached it to the frame of the pram when my daughter knocked the door with baby in tow. It is a rather basic sunshade but very pretty, the Broderie Anglaise is beautifully executed giving the sunshade a delicate lacy appearance. My young son hates having the sun in his face so I bought a canopy that "fits all buggys". and the sun went in. By the time it had come out again I had changed my Mammas & Pappas buggy for a 3 wheeled pushchair. On trying to fir the canopy I found that the frame of the 3 wheeler was much thicker than the M&P and consequently the canopy doesn't fit. I went back to Argos from where it had come and they obligingly changed it for a parasol for me, which because it had a clamp that expands can be fitted nicely to the frame.
