WHAT IS IT?

A parasol to fit the Bugaboo Chameleon, available in a selection of colours to compliment, match or contrast with the fabric of your stroller.

KEY POINTS

The clip will attach to other Bugaboo frames but is most comfortable on the Chameleon. The parasol bends in three places so you don't need to move it up and down the frame to shield your baby from the sun. The parasol is wide so will protect your babys whole body as long as you are careful where you place it in the first place.

IS IT ANY GOOD?

I've owned my yellow Bugaboo parasol for six years and have used it through both of my daughters summers while they were in their stroller, my husband brought it down from the attic last night as we have begun getting everything together ready for our third baby to be born in two weeks. I had stored it in a plastic bag and it still looks brand new, the parasol doesn't get very dirty but I have washed it down regularly with hot water and washing detergent and the colour hasn't faded or altered at all.

The parasol is easy to fit and changes position smoothly, when tilted a certain way you can block the sun from reaching any part of your baby or when they are older just tilt it backwards to shield your baby's head and face but allow the sun to reach their body. The yellow is a lovely bright colour and looks stylish yet fun in the summery weather, I have seen other colours in the range and all are good bright shades without being garish.

The fabric is slightly stiff to the touch and is very good quality, it keeps the heat out of the stroller as well as the suns rays to keep your baby cool even on hot summer days. I am looking forward to using my Bugaboo parasol again soon and hope the sun lasts until she is born.
