Advantages: Strong and easy to put together
Disadvantages: can bruise shins till you get the hang of it
The Cheeky Rascals buggy board was an absolute god send on out recent holiday to Disneyland Paris.
When we started planning our trip we thought we would take 2 single pushchairs and our pushchair connectors. Our 4 year old gets very out of breath and cant walk far with her asthma so needs her pushchair at times but we didnt want our 5 year old being dragged all over the place so we decided to invest in a buggy board.
After much research we bought this one from a baby website at £32.99. When it arrived I was amazed at how quickly I could put it together. It came with connectors for round or square pushchair frames and the only tool you needed was an alloy key which was also provided. I have an OBaby Atlas Stroller which the connectors tightened onto in seconds. Next I just had to tighten the arms and adjust the width with you do with a coin. I was again amazed by the simplicity of the whole thing.
Once you slot the board in place that is it ready to go. It has a little suspension which helps with kerbs and is made of extremely durable plastic which has withstood my husband using like a scooter (boys never seem to grow up). Another handy feature is the strap they supply so that you can hook the board up when your little one isnt using it so that it doesnt catch your shins. When you want to take it off, you just press the button and it is off, you can also fold the pushchair down with the connectors still in place so that it is easy to put it back on in seconds.
Disneyland was so easy with it as it let my son rest a little and stopped people bumping into him when it was really busy. I would highly recommend one of these to anyone.
Summary: Expensive but worthwhile investment
