Where did we buy it and for how much?
My beloved Ebay woo hooo! It was new from an online ebay business. Bargain price for £49.99 - fabulous price, especially as it had added extras with it!
Well firstly it's suitable from 6 months onwards, although my son is now 23 months, so it's great for all ages from 6 months to 3 years. After having had several strollers already, 4 weeks into having this one and So far...... so good! So what are the features? bouncy suspension for one! It also has a 5 point harness to keep bubs safe and an easy to use umbrella fold action with automatic locking clip. This makes it super easy to fold up. The hood folds out far with an extra attached sun visor that folds out, protecting baby from the eliments. In light rain this is fantastic as keeps the rain off your childs face without the need for digging out the raincover, and its also good when the suns out. Talking of the sun, we had a sun shade insect net free with this stroller which made for an extra great bargain! The wheels and tyres are doing well despite heavy usage already in this first month, and the swivel locked wheels make it easier to steer. We also received a free raincover and bottle warmer! there is a footrest which is a must for me, as my son likes to lie back and have a snooze. He also likes the footrest up sometimes so that he can cross his legs and rest a packet of crisps inbetween them! The design of the pram is quite funky with several motifs in different languages, saying hello. It looks especially cool when the hood is fully pulled over so that you can see more of the brightly coloured words.
Yes, but not major ones. I wasn't impressed that the back support isn't high enough for my toddlers head as I'd like. I would say, my 23 month old son is of an average weight and perhaps slightly taller than average, but his head only half rests on the back/head rest. He sleeps comfy enough if has a nap though so it's not a major problem. I didn't have that problem with other strollers we've had, so i'm not quite sure why the headrest is lower down on this stroller. It certainly doesn't mention it in it's write ups and the picture isn't entirely clear enough to see or judge. The multi recline can be a bit fiddly when trying to adjust the straps and get it into position, but it's not a major thing to get annoyed with or anything.
Im' not sure it's going to last forever, and as other writers have said, the wheels are already squeaking a bit. That's nothing a bit of oil won't fix though i'm sure. The wheels and tyres are doing ok, but again, I don't think it's built to last continuous use for months and years on end. We use it daily and walk pretty much everywhere, so its bearing up well. All in all, a good buy with its footrest and multi recline positions but probably not a pram built to last even a year.
Summary: A funky little run around - fair price, lots of freebies with it if bought from Ebay!
