      Very helpful

glad i picked this travel system

      What I bought:
Graco Symbio B in the colour "Boysenberry" ( it is also available in black and chilli red )

With everything, including a car seat, car seat base and adapter was about £400.

      Why I bought it:
I bought the Graco Symbio B travel system last September when 7 months pregnant. I had seen it displayed in the baby section of our local ToysRus quite a few times and it had always caught my eye. Being slightly superficial as i am the thing i initially liked about it was the colour, a purpley pink which was perfect as i had found out i was expecting a baby girl. When i asked to "test drive" it i was impressed with how easy it was to manouevre, and that it was literally a 2 second job to change it from forward facing to parent facing.

      Initial thoughts on purchasing:
I do like this pushchair. It isn't the smallest one out there but is still compact enough that it fits into the boot of my Ford KA with ease. It is lightweight to carry and i can put it up using just one hand, obviously very handy if you have to carry your little one. I like that the brake is on the handle so is always very easy to access. I would say it takes me approximately 20 seconds to get it out of the car, put it up and put the adaptor on. The car seat clips on to the adaptor easily and i like that it provides a higher up seating position for my baby so she seems closer to me than if she was lower down. However the car seat itself is quite bulky and definitely not the nicest looking one on the market, i would go as far to say that it is quite ugly.

      The carrycot:
The carrycot clips on to the base of the pushchair easily, however it is slightly smaller than i would have liked and my daughter is getting too big for it now and she is only 5 months old. It does have removeable padding which would create a bit more space but i like that my daughter looks very cosy in it so would not want to remove this. The brilliant thing about the carrycot is that it converts into an upright pushchair when your baby is able to sit up, and with one pull of a lever can be reclined to a fully flat position when your baby wants to sleep.

      The Handle:
It is not adjustable in the sense of the height of it but that has never bothered me or my 6ft partner. The unique selling point of this is that you just squeeze the handle in and move it in the opposite direction and you have full access to the baby if you need to feed etc. If you want to change the direction that your baby is facing it really is a two second job, reducing a lot of hassle.

      The Storage Basket:
This is where it lets itself down.It is absolutely tiny and i cant even get a full carrier bag of shopping or her changing bag in it, the only thing it is good to store for me is the rain cover.

      The wheels:
It has 2 larger wheels at the back and 2 smaller wheels at the front. They are fully removeable if you need to give them a clean or if it makes it easier to get into a car. The wheels are air filled, which i have heard are prone to punctures but using this for 5 months now i have luckily not experienced this.

      The car seat adapter:
Simply slides into the grooves on the side and clicks into place, not big at all so doesnt take up much room. The only thing is when removing you need both hands.

      The car seat:
Like i said earlier, it is very bulky and not nice looking at all. I find it a bit hard getting it into the back of my 3 door car because of its size. However it is padded and has a 5 point safety harness which is easy to buckle up and easy to adjust. I like that everything is machine washable and i can put the hood up or down depending on the weather etc.

      The car seat base:
I do not have personal experience of fitting this as my partner did this but it did not take long to install into my car. It is a god send, one click into place and you are done. I don't know what i would have done without this base.

I would thoroughly recommend this travel system. It is easy to use, reasonably priced and will grow with your baby. It is easy to steer, looks good and most importantly is safe for your little one. I would not hesitate in using this again if i have another baby.
