I bought the icandy pear in dec 2009 i had an 18 month old and another due in Febuary. We brought the icandy pear in 2008 as we had an 18month little boy and a baby on the way. The reason we choose the icandy pear was that is was small enough to get on public transort and converted to a single when my son was ready to walk however it wasnt long befor we were dissapointed. I agree with Beckyno2, an excellent family pram! We already had the apple so when our son was born all we had to do was buy the pip convertor to turn it into the double Pear, instead of going out to buy another stroller. I was quite worried about how I would manage pushing around a double after some of the stories I have heard but it really is a dream and I have never had any troubles. Thumbs up from us!

We initially had the iCandy Apple and brought the pip converter to turn it into a Pear when we were expecting number 2 and i still think it's one of the best prams out there (double or single!).
