I wish I'd found this sooner

It took three attempts to find the pram I loved for my daughter and this was it, the Jane Carrera Pro in Fuscia - it was just perfect for our little princess (the pram is available in a variety of different colours).

Due to the length of time it took for me to discover and fall in love with this pram I never had the need to use the chassis with a car seat, it was only ever used as a pushchair. The first thing I noticed about the Jane Carrera Pro is that the chassis is really well made but very light to lift and very compact, it has the excellent umbrella style fold which is superb, especially if space is tight.

I found the pram had a large and chunky chassis and my daughter appeared to be that bit higher from the ground in comparison to the previous models I tried. In addition, the seat had 5 different positions, baby can lie totally flat or sit upright to see everything going on around them - this makes the pram great for long term use from birth to toddler (I just wish I'd found it sooner !!). The pram came with it's own hood which could be folded right down over the front of the pram to provide shade from the sun; however, I found it was best to remove the hood when folding the pram as it tended to come out of it's grooves. This wasn't a major issue as it only took a couple of seconds to remove and a couple of seconds to re-attach. The pushchair also has a bar in front of your little one which can be removed but we never did, it would have made it easier for her to escape when she reached that age where she wanted to walk. The pram has a great basket underneath complete with a cover and I found this to be deceptively large. The pram also has a height adjustable handle, which literally involved pressing a button on either side and moving the handle to where you wanted it before clicking it into place - this was perfect and meant the pushchair was comfortable to push for whoever was using it.

My only negative is that although the Jane Carrera Pro was a very smooth ride I wouldn't recommend the pram for rough terrain, as it really doesn't handle the bumps very well. However, overall I found the Jane Carrera Pro to be a great looking, extremely functional pram.
