I bought this pushchair as a second buggy. I chose this particular stroller primarily because it is very lightweight and easy to collapse and fold. Also it was a good price and pretty sturdy looking. It does fold very easily and small, particularly good for bus journeys. However the pushchair is fairly long and i can only fit ... Read the complete review

This has been a great "second" buggy for when I am only taking one of my girls out for a short trip. The benefits are that it is easliy collapisble, is SO lightweight that it really makes it easy for you to get your child out and about, it has a handy pocket in the back of the hood that you can put your purse or keys in while out ... We were lucky enough to come by this as a freebie, and I'm now on the lookout for another one! Both my nearly 2 year old and my 7 month old are happy to sit, sleep, and ride in the Triumph, and have no problems falling asleep either sitting up or with the recline. After pushing a heavy double buggy around, this is so refreshing. It's ... Read the complete review

I hate this buggy!!!! DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!
After much research I decided to purchase this buggy. Seemed to be ideal, lightweight, easy to fold, open etc. but...
It has the most annoying recline position, my toddler is practically lying down!!!!! He's just not comfortable.
It has a small basket and not so good brakes but I can live with these. I just can't believe that there haven't been more complaints about this. I've contacted Maclaren and they say the seating follows european standards.
Feel absolutely gutted after buying it as it wasn't cheap. There's a reason why you don't see many of them around and everybody has the QUEST, the reason is that they're rubbish!
If anyone has any good ideas about how to improve the recline I would greatly appreciate it.

I think i was a bit naive when it came to picking a second pushchair for my eldest son. He originally had one of these big bulky travel systems, so when he got a bit older, thought it was time to get a light, easy to use stroller that everyone gets. So there I was looking frantically for one online and came accross the triumph. It was on ... Read the complete review

I brought this buggy when we were going on holiday. Since my daughter was born I had been using my Mammas and Pappas Pliko. I went to the shop to buy a cheap little thing that wouldnt matter if it got ruined but taking my mum with me meant her only grand child would only get the best and I came away with this. Unfortunately taking my ... Read the complete review

After having spent a small fortune on my Phil & Ted's double pushchair, when my older daughter reached an age when she was able to walk the majority of the time I began looking for a relatively inexpensive small lightweight pushchair for my younger daughter. She was about 5 months old at the time so i didn't need anything that ... Read the complete review

I bought the Maclaren Triumph for my first son about 3 years ago now for when we were going on holiday. I wanted something lightweight, easy to manouver, reclining with a basket, and this seemed to tick all the boxes. I mostly went with this pushchair because of the brand and knowing my sister has always been very pleased with hers. I can ... Read the complete review

I bought this buggy as a replacement for a buggy I had that my son never seemed comfortable. I went to a local store called Baby stork superstore that has a wide range of buggies and prams on display so I could try him in these to see if he looked anymore comfortable. My son has long legs and the seat on a lot of buggies always seem to short. ... Read the complete review

In 1965 Owen Maclaren designed and patented his iconic blue and white striped baby buggy. The lightweight 3D folding design is still an important prototype for the industry. My daughter has been using a beautiful and luxuriously comfortable Mamas and Papas pushchair for her son, the pushchair has been in constant use since he was ... Read the complete review

I bought this model in march 2006, as soon as my son was old enough to be comfortable in a stroller. At the time i was living in a 2nd floor flat and the travel system i had was way too heavy to be dragging up stairs all day. I found my life was suddenly so much easier, it was easy to fold up when i needed to, it fit in my partners boot, and that ... Read the complete review

I bought this buggy before my daughter was born as I knew I would want a lightweight buggy to use on public transport and on holiday. I bought it from Boots online in their sale for £65. I also bought the matching fleece lined footmuff (also in the sale) for £16. The buggy is suitable ftom 3 months. As my daughter is now 3 months old ... Read the complete review

I chose the Maclaren Triumph as I needed a light weight buggy for getting on and off the bus- we have to fold our buggy up for bus trips round here! This buggy is certainly light, only 5kgs and it folds up very easily; you can do it one handed without too much effort. It also has a shoulder strap for easier carrying. It comes with a hood, a ... This was my 3rd stroller after the ziko and jane strollers both broke on me! The maclaren triumph though bless it over 1 year later is still going strong with no signs of wear or tear! I recently bought this stroller for my 9 month old son, as a lightweight, more convenient pushchair to my travel system pram. This stroller really is lightweight, at only 5kg, it is a doddle to carry around, it even comes with a strap for you to throw it over your shoulder. The stroller is also very compact, and could probably fit in the ... Read the complete review

I agree with your comment on the stupid brakes I can't put my on without a fight, has anybody had problems with the seat position? I can't get mine into an upright position now going through complainging to maclaren about this as my little boy hates that fact that he can't sit up he has to lean on his elbows or he is practically laying down.

I have had a Silver Cross pushchair since Harry was born in March 06, and although I really love that buggy, I have been looking for something smaller for going shopping with, especially now the shops will be busy with people starting their Christmas shopping.
