Advantages: will fit into a small boot of a car and is quite lightweight

this is great if you only have a small boot in your car. I am currently using a cheverolet Kalos and this fits in perfectly. You can have it set to the pram position when your baby is newborn and when the baby is older ie 4 months you can then change it around to be a pushchair which is great if your baby is particularly nosey and likes to look around.
Once you have practiced folding and unfolding the buggy it is quite easy to shut down/open up but it is wise to check how it works before your baby arrives!

Summary: would recommend practising opening/closing the buggy before your baby arrives
