My wife chose this pram while she was pregnant with our son. It seemed a perfect option. Multifunctional, stylish and from a brand that installs confidence when you buy.

Initially we set it up it was easy to assemble and looked the part once assembled. We put it away and waited for our new arrival.

Once our son was born we took the pram out and noticed that the base that he was to lie on was not flat. It was full of bumps and humps. I took the pram apart and put it back together and it was just the same. We let this go as he wasnt going to be in it for long before sitting up, most of the time we used his car seat when going anywhere anyway.

When we got to the point that he was ready to sit up in the pushchair we adjusted the pram to turn it in to a pushchair and found that the harness had no means of attaching behind his shoulders to the back of the seat. The only restraint point was to each side of his waist. A bit of a concern as he was very keen on leaning forwards by this point. We looked at the pictures on the mamas and papas website which showed the harness in them. Very misleading. Following a few months of use as a pushchair the wheels started to bow away from the pram which causes the pram not to sit properlly. The pram has only been used on pavements and roads so no off road stuff and no heavy loads of shopping on the handles.

All in all a very poor product. We will not be buying another mamas and papas product for the next baby.
