The wheels fall off after 12 months of use. When I asked Mamas and Papas to fix this, they said "We can sell you the parts". They then proceeded to telll me that it was user error and I had abused the pram. The rest of the pram is in mint condition, its always clean and we never take it off-road but apparently simply pushing this pram for 12 months is "user error and abuse". I argued with them but they refused to budge. Not even a hint of "sorry", nothing, just a blunt, "we can sell you the spare parts and you can fix it yourself." For about £400 I would expect a pushchair/pram to last years, but no, Mamas and Papas sell expensive rubbish that doesn't last. I ended up pulling the wheels appart to see if I could fix it myself and discovered that there were NO bearings in the wheels, just a plastic sleeve between the axle and wheel. No wonder the wheels broke. It was made as cheap as possible and sold for as much as possible. I can't believe they treat there customers like this. But actually I can, as I found loads of other reviews on the internet claiming the same thing. The pram is good, and functional but without wheels its useless. Mamas and Papas, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
