OBaby Atlas Stroller
Advantages: Lightweight, folds small, affordable & popular baby brand
Disadvantages: Very flimsy, not sturdy and looks cheaply made if you look at it closely and compare against others.
Obaby are a very popular, well known and trusted baby brand. They really have come on top with affordable prices for nice looking pushchairs. Although i do find them to be flimsy, cheap on the the eye and not sturdy. I have had many pushchairs, as you may know re previous reviews so i have been able to compare quite alot.
Yes they do some nice designs (my fave is the blue and pink one with flowers) but the frame/chassis is thin so does not feel as sturdy as other pushchairs. The wheels are a little small and the inner alloy looks like a cheap plastic. The foam handles are not good quality as ive known many peoples to split and they have had to replace or tape them up. The shopping basket is a very thin mesh, again not as durable as others ive used.
Seat Unit: Full reclining seat so suitable from birth (Although i would not recommend putting a baby in there - comfort issues!)
Harness: The usual 5 point harness
Folding: It folds umberalle style (length ways) and it does fold compact
Weight: From birth upto 15kg
Weight of pushchair: Its very lightweight, 8kg!
Colours: The scribble comes in 6 various colours.
Price: I think i paid around £70 from Tesco's but you can get them for around £50 now.
Yes this is an affordable pushchair with a nice design but please try before you buy and compare! It folds compact, its lightweight and its a good brand but if you want a pushchair for long term (years of daily use) i doubt this would get you there without it looking like its on its last legs.
Summary: Affordable but invest a little more money into a better pushchair that will last
