OBaby Atlas Stroller: Obaby what a great stroller (761 words)

Rating:

With four children I have had my fair share of buggies, strollers and travel systems. For babies two and three, in addition to a double buggy, I used an Obaby Atlas stroller. I was bought the Obaby Atlas as a gift so I don't think it was very expensive then but the brand has now become very popular and this buggy retails at ...  Read the complete review

When my son was born I had a travel system which served us well through his early days, but when he got bigger I found it bulky and awkward to push. The wheels were also wearing down at an alarming rate. We replaced our travel system with a cheap stroller which after a while started to wear awfully on the wheels too and as I couldn't ...  Read the complete review

Obaby Atlas:- Obaby are a very popular, well known and trusted baby brand. They really have come on top with affordable prices for nice looking pushchairs. Although i do find them to be flimsy, cheap on the the eye and not sturdy. I have had many pushchairs, as you may know re previous reviews so i have been able to compare quite ...  Read the complete review

I bought this stroller about 2 years ago for £50 in a sale at Mothercare. I was looking for a reasonably priced, quality stroller which folds fairly small to keep in my car boot for my toddler. I am very pleased with this product. Features: - Tall, foam padded handles which are suitable for taller ladies and their ...  Read the complete review

My parents bought the obaby atlas as a buggy for when they have my daughter. They have her 3 times a week while I'm in work so this made sense, previously they had a mamas and papas pilko which didn't last very long. They wanted something that was more lightweight and less bulky now that my daughter is older and this fit the ...  Read the complete review

I had to get an OBaby Atlas as an emergency "cheap" buggy, as the new pushchair I'd ordered was delayed and I'd sold my beloved pram to make way for it, leaving me stuck! I went to the first place I could think of - Argos (see my Argos review, a great shop in these situations!). As it happened they had some promotions on ...  Read the complete review

This time last year we were planning a family holiday and the thought of trying to take our bulky Quinny Buzz abroad was too much to bear. So, we started to look at lighter weight "umbrella" style strollers that would be easier to travel with. - Our requirements The 3 most important things to me ...  Read the complete review

I walk and use public transport regularly, so was looking for a lightweight stroller that would be easy to use on buses but sturdy enough to withstand long journeys on pavement. I bought the O Baby for around £70 from John Lewis as it seemed to fit the bill. I was impressed by the design - I bought the black version and it is very ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on OBaby Atlas Stroller
by - written on 09/01/11
Rating:

Bought this pushchair to take on holiday and then due to my main pushchair braking it became my everyday one. I like the fact that you can lie it back however dont think its padded enough to put a newborn. Easy to unfold and my 2.5 year cant undo the straps which is a bonus. plus the basket is an ok size. However is quite heavy to push and having used it every other day for a year its already on its last legs. But the worst thing about this pushchair is the brakes you might aswell not use them!

OBaby Atlas Stoller - Good but not great (347 words)

This pushchair is ok but is not the best. I bought it to take on holiday which I think it is what it is good for but do not think it is a very good everyday pushchair. One of the things I like about it though is that it comes in a lovely range of colours including red, purple, blue, brown, black, green and more. ...  Read the complete review

==Obaby Atlas Stroller== jack is now 3 and a couple of months and does walk a fair bit. However seeing as both Himself and I are keen walkers we realise that to get out and do the walks that we so much enjoy we are going to have to take Jack's stroller out with us. This often leads to him walking less than he would had we ...  Read the complete review

When my son turned 12 months I knew I had to get a different buggy. He was quite big weighing 24lbs 2oz, so I knew most strollers were out of the question. I came across this stroller and it ticked most boxes! It was cheaper than other brands, which is a plus and looked sturdy. It doesn't come with a foot muff which is a downside and the ...  Read the complete review

OBaby Atlas Stroller: Good value for money (157 words)

I bought this as my Mclaren Triumph (originally bought for older child) wasn't suitable from birth for my 2nd child. It's cheaper than a mclaren, easy to set up, a bit longer than a mclaren once folded, so takes up a bit more boot space. It's easy to adjust the seat to fully recline using thew the two sliding points at each side. Folding ...  Read the complete review

I bought an O baby stroller as a second pushchair for taking on holidays etc. My little girl is almost two and is growing out of our main one. I spent a long time trying to find a buggy that would lie flat. This is one of the only buggies that I could find that would like almost completely flat. I bought the Obaby Atlas Stroller just to use on holiday and for the days that hubby picks our daughter up from the childminder. It is a great pushchair - reclines back quite far (she has been known to sleep for 3 hours in it and she is 2 years old so not so small!) It is very lightweight and easy to push - even one-handed.
