GOOD IN LOTS OF WAYS BUT DOWNSIDES ARE ANNOYING (Phil & Teds E3)
Member Name: kath
Advantages: EASY TO PUSH, LIGHTWEIGHT GOING OVER KERBS Disadvantages: RAINCOVER BIG & AWKWARD,BACK WHEELS BIG, INSTRUCTIONS BIT VAGUE good buggy for easy pushing 2 children of different ages eg new baby & toddler. - No backache as with other tandems. I should have bought this buggy first time round but didnt know i would be blessed with child number 2. I would recommend this buggy if you be using it everyday & have to take your children everywhere with you like me eg family not close by. makes you feel happier that your 2 children are safe iin the pram with you. The downside is the back wheels are pretty big & tend to get stuck in small areas eg public transport!!small aisles in shops. The double raincover is a bit awkward to close at the back of the double seat kit when underneath. And i couldnt figure out how it was meant to fit properly when in newborn position. Instructions quite vague for set up & still not figures ot how to shut it properly. The shopping basket underneath isny very big & when a child is in the seat underneath cant fit that much in it. I just feel its another way for you to buy the extras eg pannier bags etc. All in all the good sides do outway the bad sides but i have only had the buggy 6months so all my problems with it probably are teething ones maybe?but because of the cost of the phil& ted you want everything to be perfect but what is? Summary: SAVES ON BACKACHE-FEELS SAFE-BAD SIDES TOO....DEPENDS ON YOUR USAGE |
