I know when you have two children with a small age gap buying a double buggy can be so puzzling. From my own point of view I had a toddler about to turn two years old the week my daughter arrived. He has been walking since 11 months and is really quite able so I thought it would be ok to try and cope without a double stroller. Closer to my due-date I began to get heavy, and a shopping trip with my toddler was very hard work and I realised I had better prepare to need a double stroller as a toddler and baby was going to be every bit as hard as a toddler and a bump were. I did my research online and was happy that a Phil and Teds Sport would suit our needs. And ... Read the complete review

When I had my second son my first son was about 2 and 3 months, so I thought I could get away without having a double pushchair. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) my older son decided he didn't want to walk everywhere, and I found it difficult carrying my younger son all the time. So I started looking around for a double pushchair. Shock horror - they were huge! There was nothing "pretty" about them, nothing nice to be honest! They were monsters. Then I found the Phil and Ted. Don't get me wrong - it wasn't love at first sight. When I first saw them I didn't like the way the younger child sat below the ... Read the complete review

Selecting a pushchair is one of the most difficult decisions especially for new parents. I searched through loads of pushchairs available. The thing that helps in making the decision is the criteria you are looking for and it's importance. Our main criteria were - Ease of opening and closing and the second important criteria was looks. On basis of above two criteria, I'll give Phil & teds 5 stars. It has two buttons on front to be pushed down and it's closed. Opening is a bit tricky but doing it 3-4 times its quiet easy. It weighs around 11 kgs but it's not that heavy. I've had caesarean and I find it quiet light to load in the car and get it ... Read the complete review

I fell pregnant when my daghter was 5 months old, so no way I co*ld manage with my single B*gaboo Chameleon. The search started for a two child option. I felt that there was not a pram that did everything, alway a major compramise to be made. I felt with the P&T that the smaller child was in a parcel shelf behind the more important first born, so went in search of Mr Right of the pram world. The Jane Power Twin was my 1st choice, it seemed to do everything I wanted, both kids sat in a similar way, one can sleep while the other stays sitting etc. It was soooooo long, I lived very central town at the time, and it was impossible to know the distance between the pram ... Phil and Teds Sport in Red, with doubles kit and cocoon! Oh my word, why didn't I discover the pushchair for my first baby? She is currently 13 months and I am now 15 weeks pregnant. I have started the search for double buggies/travel systems etc. After using a Graco tour deluxe travel system with my daughter, there was no way I could use this pushchair again, even though I wanted to as my daughter isn't yet walking. I looked at using my existing travel system and putting the newborn baby in a sling, I looked at getting a buggy board for my daughter, but she is too young for it. I then turned back to double buggies. I spotted the ... Read the complete review
