Quinny Zapp Jogger
Advantages: Folds small and lightweight
Disadvantages: Doesnt recline and handles do not adjust to height
I have had hundreds of pushchairs and prams through my door, not just because im a mum of 3 children but because i started to get into the baby goods trade. I can tell you (my personal opinion) which is the most reliable, great for different weather, lightest, heaviest, folds small, enough space for infant, easy folding etc..
The Zapp is fantastic for its small folding mechanism. It folds to a length of 69cm, height and width of 26cm, it literally folds into a bag and you can purchase one of these quinny travel bags from quinny (or ebay for a very cheap price) The bag makes it very easy for you to carry your Zapp as it has a carry handle but it also protects the frame, wheels and fabrics.
*This is perfect if you are going away on an aeroplane as you can carry your zapp as hand luggage and it fits in the cupboards over head (above your seats on the plane), so instead of waiting for your luggage to come through you can put your little one straight into there pram once off the plane*
Also this is extremely lightweight, weighing in at just under 8kg. This makes it easy to push with your little one on board but also easy to manoeuvre. I can push the Zapp with one hand easily freeing up other hand where needed. It has a decent size shopping basket for such a little pushchair. There is a 'nack' to folding the pushchair, it is numbered so very easy to do it sometimes just takes a few attempts before you get it first time and perfect.
Like all pushchairs/prams if your riding on gravel, cobbles, sand etc it is quite difficult and with these having small wheels compared to a big travel system it will be that bit harder.
My only 2 negatives are:
The seat doesnt recline so its from 6 months (although you can buy the zapp xtra seat now which fits on your normal zapp chassis) and
The handles do not change position. The pushchair is perfect for me but my partner being just over 6ft it didnt do well for his back.
You can customize your zapp, change the colour of the hood, seat unit, shoulder pads etc.. make the most of it and adventure!
Summary: Overall, great little pushchair that will last you a long time.
