When I had my third daughter three years ago I wasn't sure what pram to buy, I wanted something more stylish than the strollers that were available but as I do a lot of city walking I also knew I needed one which would allow my baby to be comfortable as she slept. My good old mum solved the problem by buying me this beautiful Silver ... Read the complete review

I am a grandmother of five and regretfully waited until my last grandchild was born seven years ago to buy a coach built pram so I could have the pleasure of wheeling her around in it. I say regretfully as I wish I had done it when my first grandchild was born almost eighteen years ago!. The model I bought was a re-conditioned ... Read the complete review

When expecting my first child I decided only a coachbuilt Silver Cross pram would do for me. The baby would have a smooth ride, s/he would be able to lie down in comfort instead of being scrunched up in one of the modern prams. The vinyl interior must surely be more hygienic and easy to clean than the cloth ones in modern prams. Baby ... Read the complete review

When the Silver Cross factory at Garforth closed down I said to myself, I had better get one now, before they are extinct. I paid £80 for the pram, covers, quilt, sun canopy & mattress(I got rid of that), that was tne years ago. I had my first 1 year ago now and my pram has been a godsend. Since the arrival of kneeling ... Read the complete review

When my oldest child was expected my mother insisted on buying my baby a 'proper' pram. I was not so sure as there seemed to be so many other options which had not been available when we were babys. As my mother was paying I agreed to get what she wanted to get. I am so glad I did. My pram is a grey colour with 4 ... Read the complete review

Although I have placed this opinion under Silver cross Coachbuilt, it really would have been better placed under a general heading of Silver cross, as I wanted to give my own personal experience of using Silver Cross. So before I start I must apologise, if I have placed this opinion it in the wrong category. Albeit, it was some ... Read the complete review

I have had my Silver Cross coachbuilt pram since the birth of my elder child, now 8 years, and it was one item I could not part with. When I discovered that I was pregnant with my daughter, now 6 months old, I couldn't wait to get the pram out of the attic and use it again! We live in a very rural area, with a 2 mile walk, ... How I love these prams!! They are so roomy and comfortable for baby plus they are very light to push mainly due to the large wheels. You can fit three children in at once if it starts to rain unexpectedly(yes I have tried this!!) You can carry a whole wagon load of shopping providing you can actually fit inside the shop. They are THE ... Read the complete review

Well worth finding!!! I had a good pushchair from my first baby and small Silvercross (the oval semi hardbodied kind). My first baby was very big and soon outgrew the small Silvercross before he could sit up so I was glad I only paid £20 for it. Whilst pregnant for the second time I spotted a proper hardbodied ...
