Silver Cross Pop
Advantages: easy to push, lovely design, great brake
Disadvantages: not many!
The Product ----
I bought the Silvercross pop bubbles edition for my 2 year old son, i had struggled for a while to find him a pram that he would be comfortable in as he is quite large for his age and most were unsuitable.
I found this while browsing in Mothercare and i had to say it caught my eye straight away it comes in some lovely colours and looked pretty strong i had a quick push around the store with it and found it to be realy comfortable to push, as i am tall and the handles on this pram are high. It was also very easy to steer and the brake was strong.
Good Points -----
There is a lot of good points about this pram (some are mentioned above) i would say the main one for me would be the handle height as i struggle a lot to find a comfortable pram for me to push they are usually too low.
The pram also comes with a roomy shopping basket, lovely comfortable footmuff and as an added bonus it has a great little sunshade that pulls out from underneath the hood.
Its realy easy to steer and even with my heavy little boy in i find it very easy to push around, the pram also lays down flat making it suitable for babys aswell.
Bad points -----
I cant say i have found many bad points for this, i think the only obvious one i found was because my son is tall he can put his legs onto the floor if he trys to which can cause a lot of problems when trying to get around!
The one that i bought was from Mothercare and it was £130 which does seem pretty pricey for a stroller but i have to say it is worth it.
I have also looked around online and the best price i could find was for a Silvercross pop sport and that was £109.99 from babies r us.
You can also get a second hand one on ebay for around £50 so it is worth having a shop around.
Overall i would have to say i do recommend this pram, i think its a fab buggy with some great strong points, I also love the fact its suitable from birth so will do your child for many years.
All i would say is have a shop around as some don't come with the footmuff and you have to pay for it separate which is £30, if your lucky you can find a good deal like i did in Mothercare for it all included.
Summary: fantastic buggy suitable from birth
