Advantages: Great design, lightweight, easy to use
Disadvantages: None!
When my son was born, I went on a rampage looking for a suitable pushchair. I wanted something that I could use for my child from birth to early toddler years. It's an economical choice, after all, to want to use a purchased item for a significantly long time. The better to make the most of it, right? But it didn't occur to me then that such a contraption existed.
Most of the choices I found were either for babies or for toddlers, nothing that would cover the two. It was quite frustrating at first, especially since I didn't want to rush and buy something expensive that would end up useless and overpaid.
It's a great thing that I finally came across Silver Cross Pop Classic Lightweight pushchair. I have to admit that it was the sleek design that first caught my eye. There was something quite unique with how it looked. The fabric was very soft and looked quite sturdy, as did the frame.
What's more, it's actually quite lightweight at approximately seven kilos. That's definitely a boon for mums who have a hard time working with the folding mechanism on heavy pushchairs. There's also a dual automatic folding lock to make things easier and safer for both mother and child.
Of course, what really sold this pushchair was the fact that the seat could be reclined all the way to a lie-flat position. That's perfect for babies. Toddlers, of course, can use the seated position. This makes it perfect for the transition from baby to toddler, right?
I have to mention that it's also really reliable in terms of safety. It's got a five-point harness, lockable wheels, a patented safety hinge, and adjustable calf support. It's also really easy to clean. Aside from that, the pushchair comes with a lot of interesting accessories. There's the multi-position cup holder, harness pads to protect your baby from chafing, a ventilated rain cover, and a really cool shopping basket that hold your additional materials.
It's definitely a great choice.
Summary: A great pushchair for busy mums.
