Advantages: Stops harness straps from rubbing on your babies skin

Disadvantages: None at all for me

When I had my baby Jayden he was a very small baby so when we took him out in his buggy his harness straps always seemed too close to his face. Harness straps are not made from the softest material obviously because of what they are but I didn't like to think of them close to his head or face so for the first week I had him home I was trying to wrap a soft cloth around them every time we went out, this wasn't very practical but I had no idea these wraps excited. It was my Mum who spotted them on Amazon and ordered me some.

The Sunshine Kids Soft Wraps are designed to fit around safety harnesses in buggies or car seats, they are made from lovely soft material which has a nice plush feel to it. The wraps are approximately 12cm's long and 17cm's wide, they are slightly padded too. The wraps I have are grey in colour on one side and a creamy colour on the other, the wraps are reversible so you can have either colour showing, I'm not sure if they are available in any colours or not.
The Sunshine Kids Wraps are designed to fit any buggy or car seat harness, we have an O Baby buggy and car seat and the wraps fit fine on these.

I am really pleased with these wraps, they are simple to fit, just wrap them around the straps of the harness and the Velcro will hold them in place. They don't interfere with the harness in any way so Jayden is always secure. The wraps are lovely and soft to be against a babies delicate skin and there's no chance of the harness strap rubbing or digging into your baby. Being reversible is a great idea, not only because of the colour choice but from a practical point of view babies do tend to dribble and often bring up a little bit of milk wish wind, if this happens rather than having the wet wrap next to Jayden's skin I can just reverse the wrap which luckily are machine washable. I have been using my wraps for 6 weeks now and they have been in the washing machine many times, I just do them on a regular wash and they come up like new.

As I mentioned we had the Sunshine Kids Wraps bought for us from Amazon where they are currently selling for £5.99 a pair, this does vary depending were you buy from and the wraps are widely available online.

I would certainly recommend the Sunshine Kids Soft Wraps, they stop harness straps from rubbing against your baby's skin, they don't interfere with how the harness fits so they are perfectly safe. I like the thought of my baby's skin next to the soft material of the wraps rather than the harness strap, they were a very useful gift.

Summary: A great little item to make harnesses a bit more comfortable
