Advantages: Cheap, nice basic design, safetly harness, nice colour, easy to use and clean, space saving
Disadvantages: -
I have had so many strollers of the years each of my children have had at least three over their toddler years and I have never found one that
I was totally happy with no matter how much they cost or what big brand we bough.
Currently we have a Graco stroller that cost another small fortune.
Last summer we booked a holiday to spain and I didn't want to take the big clumpy stroller so decided to buy a basic umbrella stroller
as it was for my daughter we wanted the tesco value kitty stroller but that was sold out online and in store so went for the Alfie one
instead no reason why girls cant use a blue stroller and the colour is more aqua blue anyways.
Tesco value Alfie stroller cost me £15.00 reduced from £19.99.
It come in a small compact brown box with the stroller picture on the front.
This stroller is incredibly lightweight and Folding the stroller up an down is simple, can be done with one hand and a foot always a good thing because I either have my daughter in an arm or shopping
hanging from my hand. Alfie stroller is an umbrella styled stroller so folds nice small and compact great because i
don't have an awful lot of room in my boot. When folded the length of the stroller is roughly 37 inches long.
The wheels are small on the stroller what a difference from the big ones on my graco stroller, i the wheels i liked because you can change them from fixed to swivel whatever suits
i always have our on swivel because i find it easier to move around. Wheels are pretty tough and durable, i have used to stroller over
10 months now and only have a little wear to them.
The seat is basic, aqua coloured nylon fabric. It only has one seating position and that's upright. I know my daughter is completely safe in this stroller, it has a five point safety harness
as most strollers do so she is fully strapped in. I have had to clean grubby chocolate hands of the seat a few times and a quick wipe with
a damp cloth does it due to the nylon it dries quickly too.
The handles are prefect in height for me to push and I feel they are comfortable enough. Alfie stroller maneuvernicely and
the really beauty is the compact size and how lightweight it is.
As i have said, I purchased this for going on holiday with and it did go on that holiday but have used it ever since because it lives in my car boot.
What a dream it is to put up and down and maneuver around in shops. I think its a great stroller be ideal if having to use public transport too.
For babies over the age of six months.
I do recommend Tesco value Alfie stroller although I get the feeling its discontinued now.
Summary: Stroll on......down to tesco
