I love my Tippitoes stroller!
I bought a pink one of these from an independent retailer for £40. My daughter started going in it from 6months on. It fits nicely into the car and it is easy peasy getting it onto the bus too.
It does look strangely like a kiddies stroller for a doll. The plastics and its shape are cute like that, and thats why I particularly liked it. It is very different to other ones you see. I often get people asking me where i got it and commenting on how cute it is. (Im talking about the stroller here not the baby, though they think she is cute too!)
It probably wasnt the wisest choice to buy a pink one as its light colour means it gets mucky easy. I have yet to give it a good scrub down but I doubt it will take much to get it looking clean again. The basket underneath is adequate for bits and bobs. I can put a loaf, a 2litre milk and few other bits under there without too much bother.
The rain cover is so easy to fit on, though if you were to remove the hood then it would not go on. The rain cover attaches on to the hood you see.
I put a cosytoes on that was a standard size and it trails along the floor, this is no good at all. I put the liner on and tucked it under a bit and then used a blanket tucked in for extra warmth for her. Which has been fine. It's more of a spring/summer mobile in that way.
She has never complained to get out of it in the sense that she finds it uncomfortable so I can only assume it is comfy for her.
The wheels are not all terrain but they are sturdier than my £300 icandy cherry stroller that I used to have!!!
For its price it is great value I think.
Suitable from 6 months upwards (approx), when on the move the stroller benefits from swivelling wheels (lockable at the front), front suspension, multi positional backrest, 5 point harness and a footrest. Easily folded for when not in use,a carrying handle aids transporting.
