I debated for a long time about which stroller to get. My daughter was 14months old so i didnt want to spend masses on a buggy she would use for maybe a year or so. After long research into reviews and different strollers i settled on the spark at 59.99 from mothercare (online exclusive).
The pushchair is an eye catching unusual print of black with white circles and ovals in a sort of bubble effect. The print is the same all over the seat and hood. There is spark written in bright red across each side of the hood. The buggy is suitable from birth and reclines right back. Unlike some pushchairs i have found it is well supported and there are no gaps where babies can get cold blowing in. The hood has plastic pieces you pop up in the centre to pull back the hood. The harness is very well fitted. The only thing i have noticed is that the crutch strap doesnt adjust but this hasnt been a problem holding my houdini in. This was a big problem in my old pram as she climbed out. The recline is on a sort draw cord so can be a bit fiddly until you get used to it.
The pushchair has a small basket underneath and includes a rain cover which is a good fit to the pushchair. The front wheels can be swivel or adjustable. The pushchair is easy to push and is stable i havent yet found it tips when i take my daughter out with bags on the handles as my first light weight stroller did.
It is designed very similar to a leading brand that retails around double the price. I am 100% happy with my purchase. I like the design and it folds small and my daughter appears comfy in it having the adjustable leg rest too. I would recommend the buggy to anyone wanting a light weight buggy it would be especially good on public transport being so light.
