Advantages: SIMPLE TO USE/ GOOD PRICE

Disadvantages: UNABLE TO ACCESS SOME PARTS

This product has worked faithfully since 2001, except for the rotary nozzle.(The one with the rotating ball in the front end)
This nozzle has been replaced under warranty once and has now failed again.
Bosch agents in Adelaide cannot find a part number for the nozzle and have made an enquiry with Bosch Australia.
Awaiting their reply.
(The Adelaide agent suggested that we may have to purchase the complete wand...as they could not locate a part number on the nozzle) This would appear to be a failing by Bosch in this instance, as most of their other power tools have very reliable and parts are normally easily obtained.
I am a large user of various Bosch electrical tools and I am wondering if any other user of this pressure cleaner has had a similar problem.
It would be a pity to throw - away an otherwise perfectly good electrical tool for the want of a simple part
