I bought a Power Devil and used it during last summer, 2010. Used it again recently and suddenly the water was squirting from the side of the gun, about halfway along. Gun is now useless so I can't use the machine but, reading the other reviews (now - what a pity - I wouldn't have bought it) I realise that I've been 'sold a pup!

I bought this product about two years ago, it worked OK for about half an hour but then kept overheating, it was suggested that it was due to the low water pressure. I put it away and haven't used it until today at somewhere were the water pressure would take you off your feet. Same result, completely useless, just makes an intermittent reving noise.

Took the Power Devil pressure washer out for only the fourth time since it was bought. (used once a year for cleaning the patio slabs) and followed all the instructions to the letter. After 3 minutes use, it was evident the motor was overheating so I switched it off and unplugged it. I was alarmed to find that minutes later, flames were coming from the machine. The red plastic covering was melting and giving off fumes. Luckily my husband is a retired firefighter and he dealt appropriately with the situation. Have no more faith in Power Devil products--or in the complaints procedure after reading some of the other reviews.

I have bought a brand new Power Devil PDGPW 16TSS model have no receipt and cannot remember where or when it was bought tried to use it for the first time last summer switched on and the hose blew off the machine because it needed a jubillee clip fitted which I put on switched machine on again power only lasted one second and stopped.
Would like to get it exchanged by the manufacturer there are no details of where I can go back to. I think it is a discontinued model maybe 3 or more years old but at least it should have worked from new.
Any suggestions are Power Devil still going or will any one else repair or exchange.
Not impressed at all with them and have read other bad reports on your site which has prompted this review letter

I purchase a power devil pressure washer. It has had very little use, maybe half a dozen short goes. Yesterday it lost pressure and the pump has failed. Consider it to be poor manufacture
