The idea with checkaprice is to check prices, simple as that (and it is usually). It works best with things like CDs and videos, but only with stuff in the charts unfortunately, so if you are after something old or not quite mainstream don't look here, but having said that, for music they do have the top ten dance chart, jazz chart and country charts as well.
