Well, as prevoiusly mentioned I have a subscription for Good Food magazine every month and I love finding new everyday recipes that will add variety to weeknight cooking. I do not however have many recipes for easy desserts - which hubby bemoans, since he was always used to a pudding after his dinner at night prior to marrying me!! I would prefer a plate of chips to a dessert being a savoury kind of gal, but hubby has a terrible sweet tooth - and every so often I do give in and resort to one of my few trusty desserts to keep him happy.
