... Up, Sleepy Ones One of our daughters chose this book on our last trip to the local library and it is a truly lovely bedtime book. Dinosaurs Love Underpants - Claire Freedman ... love Underpants is a great fun book which I picked up for my boys. My eldest has informed me that he already knows the story as it has been the bed time story on cbeebies several times, so many will probably know the story already. The cover of the book is red and has a picture of a dinosaur wearing a pair of pants and a caveman riding on his back. The Title is at the top in blue lettering. The back cover of the book is white and has a small picture showing another dinosaur flying wearing pants as well. There is also a small paragraph about the book as well. The story starts by telling us that dinosaurs were wiped out way back in history and no one quite kn... Read the full review: Watch those Underpants by sewbizzie |

Aliens Love Underpants - Claire Freedman ... Love Underpants is a lovely and silly children s tale from author Claire Freedman and illustrated by Ben Cort. It has won the Richard and Judy s Children s Books Award for the 5+ category, and although our son is 4, he loves this book, mainly because the aliens make him laugh! The book tells of the real reason for aliens coming to earth, which is that they love the variety of underpants we have, from granny s frilly bloomers to mum s pink knickers! They try them on and play with them and get chased by the dog, and when mum comes out to get the washing in, they scarper quickly before they re seen. It ends by telling kids to check their underpants for aliens in case... Read the full review: Apparently there are no underpants in space! by pmcds |

Dilly Duckling - Claire Freedman ... Duckling is a great book for babies, written by the influential Clair Freedman. This particular kids book is a 32 page blockbuster! It is illustrated in colour and follows the adventure of Dilly Ducking. Claire Freedman is a formidable childrens story book writer with many titles to her name and an impressive CV under her belt. The story starts with Dilly the ducking dallying by the river when a gust if wind takes out one of her feathers and sends it flying away in the breeze! Oh gosh, stop that feather she cries, she wants it back. Babies don t understand how stupid this is of course, and it makes for a great story for them. As the story progresses we silly y...
