Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking - Allen Carr ... bought Allen Car s Easy Way To Stop Smoking a few years ago and I still smoke. I read it the first time and at several points through the book wanted to stop but he states you cannot stop until the very end where you have your last cigarette, forever. I see the point behind the book, making us despise smoking and ourselves for partaking but force us to carry on the nasty habit until the very end so when we reach the end we ll be relieved to be allowed to stop. Great theory but if like me you are addicted and can find any excuse not to stop at that moment you ll probably do exactly what I did, not read the final chapter! The book was recommended by the module leader of anatomy and physiology at the university I am attending.
