... really is easy to play Elvis! This book is for the piano and also has the lyric for each song. If your pal has a guitar, it also has the names of the accompanying chords. My really limited knowledge and ability in music prevents me from truly entertaining the good folk in my life. "Eastenders": The First Ten Years - A Celebration - Colin Brake ... have been EastEnders biggest fan for about five years now (and that s a fact!). There was a time when I would watch each episode three times - I m just glad I am out of that phase as with iPlayer now, I dread to think how often I would watch it! I was lucky enough with the fact that my Mam watched it almost religiously once upon a time, so she still had the The First Ten Years EastEnders book that was of course released in 1995, ten years after the show aired in February 1985. The book was passed on to me, and I was in heaven! The book itself is hardback, and has a very attractive cover. The background is a large version of the scene with the Thames, and mounted on ... Star Trek: Movie Memories - William Shatner ... recently read William Shatner s excellent Star Trek Memories inevitably I picked up Movie Memories to read next. Shatner s writing, while not particularly poetic gives the full facts about the making of the original series of films from his unique perspective of star and eventual director. When the original series of Star Trek ended the stars and writers moved on with their lives never expecting to get the call to return to the much loved show. Shatner spent much of those intervening ten years in bit parts, guest appearances on Columbo and eventually sleeping in the back of his car believe it or not. "Eastenders": 20 Years in Albert Square - Rupert Smith ... Soap EastEnders began back in February 1985, and then nobody knew just how successful it was going to be. Though it seems that it was a hit then and is still today, still going strong twenty four years after it first aired. The thing that surprises me about EastEnders though is its lack of merchandise that has become available. There have been a few videos released highlighting some of the exciting storylines, but other than that the memorabilia is very limited. This does surprise me, as ITV s main soap, Coronation Street , seems to have so much more available to buy. EastEnders just haven t seemed to step up to their level yet with merchandise.
