A Girl's Best Friend is a book I picked up from the library shelf after I couldn't find anything else to read. The cover looked bright and attractive and this always draws me into a reading a blurb on the back. It was described as a definite chick lit book so I decided to give it a go. It had stayed at the bottom of my reading pile for a couple of weeks but when I wasn't feeling well last week I brought it out and gave it a go. I had read it within a couple of days so it goes to show that sometimes the ones you think you won't like prove you wrong.
