Apparently, there are only five steps to Tyranny, as I was taught a good few years ago in Sociology. That is a very small number when you think of the havoc that can be the result of a tyrant. Over the course of my life, there have been many examples of tyranny: Uganda; Rwanda; Cambodia; Sudan.
