This A-Z of recipes by Anthony Worrall Thompson promises to be full of inspirational recipes. And it lives up to it. It contains pretty every recipe you ever likely to use. There are great photographs, some them look so mouthwatering that it will make you want to get into the kitchen and cook immediatly. The recipes are very straightforward, and I haven't yet come across an ingredient isn't readily available - there are seasonal things ofcourse, but you pretty much substitute anything these days.
