ThIS is a compelling read and it is about love and forgiveness. It was a very easy read and i recommend it for a holiday read as it was not very demanding on the brain.A good holiday read.
It was set during the Christmas peroid when Ali was thinking about her life she was at her son's grave .Thinking how her life had changed. She was very determined to stand on her own two feet and to cope with getting through the Christmas peroid on her own. Turning down her ex-husband's offer to spend the christmas holiday with him and his father. Eventually gives in to he best friend Sarah who was persistent in her joining her and her husband Trevor. The only problem she had was with Sarah's husband Trevor. She thought Sarah was rather a saint to put up with Trevor's behaviour. So Ali thought she would intervene and takes it upon her self in playing God with her friends' marriage. In doing this Ali's interfering has consequences even she could not control.
