Biology for you is an educational textbook designed to help reinforce ideas for students studying biology at A level. This book is over 400 pages so covers a large range of biological topics. It's full colour and contains lots of helpful and useful diagrams to help make studying that little bit easier. The book was printed around year 2000 so yes it may be a little outdated by now as its over 9 years old and biology moves fast. However many of the basic ideas have remained the same and this book certainly helps to pan out the hard topics into more easily understandable ones.
